A little tummy time goes a long way! Tummy time helps strengthen your baby’s neck, shoulders, and arms, supports motor development, encourages visual exploration, and promotes movement and body awareness as they grow.

Caregiver tip: Start with short, supervised sessions and make tummy time part of your daily routine. Try it after diaper changes or naps!

Safety tip: Always supervise tummy time!

At 2 months old, your baby is beginning to smile, make sounds, recognize familiar faces, and strengthen their muscles!

Developmental milestones help parents and pediatricians understand how a baby is growing and developing. Tracking these skills can help celebrate progress and identify when extra support may be needed.

Remember, every baby develops at their own pace! If you have concerns about your baby’s development, talk with your pediatrician.
