This Memorial Day, Berry Highland Memorial would like to invite you to come and walk among our Gold Star Trail Heroes. This weekend, we are honoring the men who gave their lives in defense of their country and freedom. Men from World War II, Korea, and Vietnam are honored by a sign at their gravesite that directs you to the East Tennessee Veterans Memorial Association website, where you can learn about their service and sacrifice. Our Gold Star Trail has only just begun, and we will be expanding with more cenotaphs at Berry Highland Memorial and other Killed in Action soldiers, sailors, and Marines in our other cemeteries.
