What a beautiful turnout for my very first in-person Yin Yoga + Meditation Workshop. ✨

So many beautiful souls came together with the intention to slow down, reset their nervous systems, reconnect with their bodies, and simply zen out with me.

Being able to hold a sacred space where I could pour positive, grounding energy into the room and guide others into a deeper state of rest and presence felt incredibly natural. I felt honored, grateful, and completely at home doing this work.

There’s something so special about witnessing people give themselves permission to soften, breathe, and simply be. 🤍

Thank you to every soul who shared this space with me. This was the first of many. ✨

Placing one hand over your heart and repeat
- I am safe
- I am enough
- what is meant for me will never pass me by

Reassuring your nervous system will guide your path to inner peace this week, reminding that the body is safe where you are.

Each week, enhance your “me” time in whatever that looks like for you to make sure you’re taking care of you.

The way you begin your morning has the power to shape the rest of your day.

Before the world asks you to perform, produce, or pour into everyone else, give yourself a moment to arrive. A few mindful breaths. Gentle movement. Quiet awareness.

Yin yoga reminds us that healing isn’t always found in doing more. Sometimes it’s found in pausing long enough to listen. Your body holds wisdom, and each stretch, each breath, each moment of stillness is an invitation to reconnect with it.

Wishing you a morning filled with softness, presence, and a little more compassion for yourself than yesterday. ☀️🌿

For the past year, Seventh Aura has been honored to offer complimentary yoga and meditation classes. Your presence, trust, and support have meant more than you know. As we celebrate upcoming full year in August, classes will be $15 to help sustain and continue growing this space.

I’m so grateful for every soul who has walked through these doors, and I look forward to continuing this journey with you. Community has always been the heart of Seventh Aura, and I’ll still be offering special complimentary classes throughout the year as a thank you.
