Happy Independence Day from Maryville Family Medicine! 🇺🇸

As we celebrate the 4th of July, we’re reminded of the importance of freedom—not just as a nation, but in our personal health journeys. At Maryville Family Medicine, we’re proud to support your independence through compassionate, comprehensive care.

☀️ While you're enjoying the sunshine, fireworks, and festivities, don’t forget to take care of yourself, too!

💧 Stay Healthy While You Celebrate:
- Hydrate often—especially if you're outdoors or active. Water is your best friend in the summer heat!
- Protect your skin with SPF 30+ sunscreen, and reapply every 2 hours.
- Dress smart with hats, sunglasses, and light clothing, and seek shade during peak sun hours (10 AM – 4 PM).

Our office will be closed on Saturday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day. We will reopen with normal hours on Monday, July 6th.

As we prepare to celebrate Independence Day, our team will be taking time to enjoy the holiday with family and loved ones. ❤️🤍💙

📅 Holiday Closure Notice:
Our office will be closed Friday, July 3rd and Saturday, July 4th in observance of the holiday. We will reopen Monday, July 6th at 7:00 AM and resume normal business hours.

⏰ Need Something Before the Holiday?
To help ensure your needs are addressed before our closure, please submit any of the following prior to 4:00pm if possible:

* Prescription refill requests
* Appointment questions
* Other non-urgent concerns

Our team will do their best to assist you prior to the holiday weekend.

Today, we pause to honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice is the foundation of the freedoms we enjoy every day. ❤️

Maryville Family Medicine will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026, in observance of the holiday and will reopen on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 7:00 AM.

🕒 Important Reminder:
To ensure we can take care of any needs before the long weekend, please contact us by 3:00 PM today. This allows us time to process prescription refills, referrals, and other requests before the holiday.

🚶‍♂️ Saturday Walk-In Clinic:
We will still be open tomorrow for acute care only through our walk-in clinic.
Since we operate with a limited staff — one provider, one medical assistant, and one receptionist — we are only able to address acute issues in-office during that time.

💡 Need something urgent?
Avoid the call queue and send us a message through the Athena Patient Portal. We’ll review messages promptly when we return and prioritize accordingly.
