I hope to empower myself and others to enhance our health and well-being by eating real food, exercising, using essential oils, and making God the center of our lives. It won't feel like fall for a long time in my neck of the woods, but I love that Harvest Spice (my favorite diffuser blend!) is back while supplies last so I can bring the aroma of autumn into my home while also supporting our immune systems. 🍂 I love Harvest Spice all by itself, but it's amazing with citrus or woodsy oils, too.
