It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of one of our Principal Investigators, Dr. Evelyne M. Davidson. To us, she was simply “Doc.” ❤️ Doc has been part of New Phase Research and Development since day one, believing deeply in the power of research and the mission behind our work. Without her partnership, New Phase would not be what it is today!
But beyond the physician we knew and admired, Doc lived a life defined by perseverance, determination, and achievement. She was passionate about serving as a role model for African American women, helping others see that no matter where you come from, it is possible to pursue higher education, build a meaningful career, and become a professional.
Her dedication to medicine and service earned her numerous honors throughout her career, including the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award, and recognition in publications such as Who’s Who in the World, Who’s Who in Medicine and Healthcare, Who’s Who in Science and Engineering, and Who’s Who of American Women.
Through decades of experience, wisdom, credibility, and a deep understanding of patient care, Doc touched countless lives with compassion and kindness. Her legacy will live on through the countless lives she touched and the lasting impact she made on all of us fortunate enough to know and work beside her. 🩺❤️
