🚨 YOUR FEET MIGHT BE BLAMING THE WRONG SUSPECT! 😂🦶

Got foot pain? Knee pain? Hip pain? Back pain?

Before you blame your shoes, your age, the weather, or that one step you took wrong in 2017… 👀😂

LET’S TALK BIOMECHANICS!

Sometimes the place that hurts isn’t necessarily where the problem starts. The way your feet and lower extremities move can create a chain reaction that affects areas much farther up the body.

🦶 5 MECHANICAL PROBLEMS = 5 PAIN PATTERNS

Here are 5 mechanical issues worth paying attention to:

1️⃣ LIMB LENGTH DIFFERENCE
One leg may function differently from the other, potentially affecting how your body moves.

2️⃣ POOR SHOCK ABSORPTION
Your feet are supposed to help absorb impact. When they aren’t doing their job well, other areas may have to pick up the slack.

3️⃣ FOREFOOT ABNORMALITIES
Problems toward the front of the foot can change how you load and push off with every step.

4️⃣ EXCESSIVE SUPINATION
Too much of a “rolling outward” pattern can change how forces travel through the foot and leg.

5️⃣ EXCESSIVE PRONATION
Too much inward rolling can also alter mechanics and potentially contribute to problems farther up the chain.

And those mechanical patterns can be associated with problems involving:

🦶 Plantar fasciitis
🦶 Bunions
🦵 Knee pain
🦵 Hip pain
🦴 Back pain
🦶 Achilles problems
🦶 Ankle issues

HERE’S THE IMPORTANT PART…
