I’m going ANALOG! Here are 3 things I’m doing to make that digital ➡️ analog transition as easy as possible.

As a sober girly of 2.5 years, my mental health is one of my biggest priorities.

I’ve noticed social media and screen time plays a big role in this, so in 2027, I’m committing to bring back physical books, mediums, and shift away from my dependence on digital media
