Twenty-five years ago, in one of our nation’s darkest moments, first responders did what they were called to do—they ran toward those who needed them most.

Today, Team Mobile Health Care pauses to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to honor the firefighters, EMS professionals, law enforcement officers, healthcare workers, dispatchers, and countless others who answered the call with extraordinary courage and selflessness.

For those of us who serve today, their example remains a powerful reminder of what it means to answer the call: to show up, to serve others, and to stand together when it matters most.

We’re proud to announce the promotion of John Herndon to Georgia Director of Operations for Team Mobile Health Care!

John brings more than 31 years of EMS experience, including 23 years in 911 emergency response, along with a deep commitment to leadership, mentorship, training, and behavioral health services.

Since joining Team Mobile, John has quickly demonstrated what strong leadership looks like—setting high standards, leading by example, investing in people, and building teams around a shared purpose.

In his new role, John will provide operational leadership across our Georgia markets, supporting our managers and crews while helping Team Mobile continue to grow our presence and partnerships throughout the state.

We’re proud to announce the promotion of Chris Cornils to Tennessee Director of Operations for Team Mobile Health Care !

With 20 years of EMS experience, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge, operational expertise, and a genuine commitment to developing strong teams. His leadership has already made a meaningful impact in East Tennessee—building a strong team, strengthening relationships throughout the Knoxville community, and helping advance our commitment to ongoing education and professional development.

Chris has also been instrumental in expanding training opportunities for our leaders, including Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) instructor training, helping ensure our teams are better prepared to serve individuals experiencing behavioral health crises with compassion, dignity, and respect.

As Tennessee Director of Operations, Chris will help lead our operations across the state as Team Mobile continues to grow—supporting our people, strengthening our culture, and ensuring we continue delivering the level of service our patients and healthcare partners deserve.

September is Su***de Prevention Month—a reminder that prevention doesn’t belong to one person, one profession, or one organization. We all have a role to play. 💜🩵

Sometimes that role is noticing when someone seems different. Sometimes it’s asking a difficult question, listening without judgment, helping someone find support, or simply reminding another person that they matter and they don’t have to face a difficult moment alone.

At Team Mobile Health Care, we have the privilege of caring for people during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. Those experiences continually remind us that connection matters. Compassion matters. And the way we show up for one another matters.

Some of the best partnerships are built outside of contracts and meetings—they’re built by showing up, learning together, sharing ideas, and developing relationships with people who care deeply about the communities they serve.

Team Mobile Health Care was grateful to spend the day with our friends at Quinco Mental Health Center and behavioral health providers from across Tennessee for a wonderful day of training and fellowship.

A special thank you to Michelle Guia, Director of Crisis Services, her crisis team, and the entire Quinco family for bringing everyone together and making Team Mobile feel so welcome.

And apparently, it takes more than a broken foot to keep Donnie away from Quinco! 😂❤️ That might tell you everything you need to know about how much we value this partnership and the relationships we’ve built throughout West Tennessee.
