Knoxville Cares is a Knoxville, Tennessee based gay/lesbian/bisexual/transgender (GLBT), HIV+ and supportive coalition made up of diverse concerned people and group. Knoxville Cares emphasizes leadership training, HIV/AIDS prevention and services, and other issues affecting GLBT people.
