Now that the excitement is over, I want to remind everyone of our event we have planned for September 19th! We’re going to have SO much fun and we’re super excited to get everyone together again 💗 we’ll be having vendors set up outside again so you can meet other local small businesses!

I often get asked why my approach at Ember Glow Therapy focuses so heavily on softness and presence rather than deep, forceful muscle manipulation.

The truth is, our bodies are already under constant pressure. When we experience chronic stress or burnout, our nervous systems lock down to protect us. I believe that true, lasting release doesn't come from forcing a muscle to submit—it comes from inviting the body to feel safe enough to let go on its own.

In my private studio within The Healing House Collective, every detail is curated to support that transition. From the rhythmic myofascial strokes to the warm stones, cupping, and custom-blended oils on our new Signature Senses Menu, we work with your nervous system, not against it.
