Owning a small business is one of the most rewarding things I've ever done—but it's also one of the greatest responsibilities.
Behind every peaceful treatment room are late nights, rising expenses, payroll, scheduling, and the constant desire to create the best experience possible for every client. It's a labor of love that often comes with more worry than most people ever see.
We have put alot of thought into altering our menu to elevate all our client's experiences and ensure they receive everything they need to support their wellness. We are doing away with the separation of Relaxing and Deep Tissue and most of the add on options and rolling it into one 100% customizable, Signature, massage. Hot Stones, cupping, and essential oils will now be included in your treatment prices, as well as your desired pressure.
Unfortunately, we had to take a hard look at what we put into making Serendipity a safe and beautiful environment and we had to update our prices. We will be offering a Frequency Discount to help alleviate some cost to those of you we see multiple times a month. Please expect these changes to be in effect August 1st.
