🎉 September Employee of the Month – Allison

Congratulations to Allison, our September Employee of the Month! Allison joined our Care Staff team in January 2025 and is always willing to help and go above and beyond for our residents and their families. She is 57, a proud mom of three, and grandmother to 10 wonderful grandchildren. Allison enjoys hiking, gardening, painting, and anything outdoors. We are so thankful to have her as part of our Northshore Heights family! 💙
