This patient in her mid-30s had already achieved significant weight loss but still felt self-conscious about the loose skin and rolls on her back and upper arms.

Not every patient with larger arms needs an arm lift. 👏

Last week, we shared a patient whose excess skin after significant weight loss required a brachioplasty (arm lift).

This week is a different story.

This patient in her 40s had good skin elasticity, but was bothered by fullness in her upper arms. To create a slimmer contour while helping minimize the risk of loose skin after liposuction, Dr. Jack combined arm liposuction with BodyTite® skin tightening technology.

After significant weight loss through bariatric surgery and GLP-1 medication, this amazing patient in her early 60s was left with excess skin that made her avoid tank tops and short sleeves. . .and made hitting the gym challenging!

A brachioplasty (arm lift) removed the hanging skin (“bat wings”) and reshaped her upper arms, giving her an arm contour that finally reflected all of her hard work.

After two previous breast augmentations performed elsewhere, this patient realized her 34DD breasts no longer fit the way she wanted to look or feel. She loved the idea of returning to a smaller, more natural breast—but still wanted a youthful, lifted shape.

Dr. Megan Jack performed a breast implant removal (explant) with mastopexy (breast lift) to remove her 310cc silicone implants and reshape her natural tissue, helping her return to approximately a natural B cup with improved position and proportion.
