Hey y’all, it’s USHER with MS daily struggles with USHER.

Today starting my lunch time here for me….
So I was thinking…
Hum..right that’s some time’s hard to do.
So let’s touch on something a lot of us with MS struggle with… MEMORY. 🧠

So I’ve got a little memory challenge for y’all today!

Who Can you remember the year that were diagnosed with MS??
And Can you remember the first MS medication your doctor suggested or wanted to put you on?

Ok… here’s the big one… are you still on that same medication today, or how many different MS treatments have you been through since then?

Don’t feel bad if you have to really think about it—or if you flat-out can’t remember. That’s kind of why we’re talking about memory in the first place!

Drop your answers in the comments. 👇 I’m curious to see how far back some of us can remember and how much our MS journeys have changed over the years.

Appreciate y’all
love y’all. 🧡

Hey y’all, it’s USHER with MS daily struggles with USHER. 🧡

Good morning and Happy Monday! ☀️

A new week is here, and if you’re living with MS, sometimes just making it through the weekend and getting out of bed Monday morning deserves some credit.

Some of us woke up ready to take on the week. 💪
Some of us woke up already exhausted. 😴
Some are hurting, dealing with brain fog, numbness, vision problems, weakness, or just trying to convince our bodies to cooperate.

And you know what? However you showed up this morning — YOU SHOWED UP. 🧡

So let’s do a Monday check-in:

How are you REALLY feeling today?

🟢 Doing pretty good
🟡 Taking it one hour at a time
🔴 MS is kicking my butt today
🧡 I honestly just need somebody to talk to

Drop your color in the comments, and if you see somebody struggling, show them a little love. You never know how much one encouraging comment might mean to somebody today.

We’re starting another week together. Nobody in this group has to fight MS alone.

Appreciate y’all, love y’all. 🧡

HAPPY SUNDAY, MS FAMILY! 🧡

Hey y’all, it’s USHER with MS daily struggles with USHER.

We made it to another Sunday! 🙏

Some Sundays are for getting things done, and some Sundays are for doing absolutely NOTHING and letting your body recover. With MS, sometimes resting IS what needs to get done.

So don’t feel bad if today is a slow day. Listen to your body, enjoy the little things, and take today one step at a time. 🧡

💬 SUNDAY CHECK-IN:
How are you feeling today — physically AND mentally?

And what kind of Sunday are you having?

😴 Resting and recovering
⛪ Church and family
🏠 Getting things done around the house
🎣 Getting outside and enjoying the day
📺 Couch, TV, and absolutely NO plans 😂
🤷 Just going with the flow and seeing where the day takes me

Drop yours in the comments! 👇 Even if all you did today was get out of bed, that still counts.

I hope every one of y’all has a blessed, peaceful Sunday. Keep fighting, MS family. We’re in this together. 🧡💪

Appreciate y’all, love y’all.

Hey y’all, it’s USHER with MS daily struggles with USHER.

Hope everybody is looking forward to having a great Saturday! 💪🧡

Some of us have a whole list of things planned for today… and some of us are just going to go with the flow and see where the day takes us. And you know what? Either one is perfectly fine.

Living with MS, sometimes you wake up feeling ready to take on the world, and other days you have to listen to your body, slow down, and take the day as it comes.

So let’s hear it:

What do y’all have planned for this Saturday? 👇

Are you getting out of the house? Spending time with family? Working around the house? Relaxing? Or are you like me sometimes and have NO plans at all — just going with the flow? 😂

Whatever today looks like for you, enjoy it the best you can. Take care of yourself, keep your head up, and remember — we move forward, one day at a time. 🧡💪

Appreciate y’all, love y’all!

Hey y’all, it’s USHER with MS daily struggles with USHER.

We made it to Friday. 💪

And I want to ask everybody something today that I think a lot of us with MS can relate to…

What is something you’re tired of having to explain to people because of MS?

Maybe it’s…

🧠 “I’m not ignoring you — sometimes my brain just doesn’t cooperate.”

😴 “I’m not lazy — MS fatigue is different from just being tired.”

👀 “Just because I can see something doesn’t mean my vision is normal.”

🚶 “I might walk fine today and struggle tomorrow.”

🔥 “The heat really CAN make my symptoms worse.”

❤️ Or simply… “I may look okay, but that doesn’t mean I feel okay.”

One of the hardest parts about MS is that so much of what we deal with can be invisible to everybody else.

So today, instead of explaining yourself to someone who may not understand, explain it HERE — to people who probably will.

👇 Finish this sentence in the comments:

“I wish people understood that MS __________.”

I’ll go through the comments. And if you see somebody struggling with something you understand, give them some encouragement too. 🧡

Nobody here has to fight MS alone.

Keep your head up. One day at a time, one step at a time. 💪🧡

Appreciate y’all, love y’all.

Hey y’all, it’s USHER with MS Daily Struggles with USHER. Happy Thursday! 💙🧡

Today I want to talk about something that doesn’t get enough attention…

MS can affect the way your brain processes information—even when you “look fine.”

Newer research continues to show that MS doesn’t just damage myelin. It can also disrupt the brain’s communication networks, making it harder to:
🧠 Remember names or conversations.
🧠 Find the right word.
🧠 Stay focused when there’s a lot going on.
🧠 Process information as quickly as before.

For many of us, that “brain fog” can be just as frustrating as the physical symptoms.

I’ve learned that slowing down doesn’t mean giving up. Sometimes it just means giving our brain the time it needs to catch up.

Question for today:
What is the hardest cognitive symptom you deal with from MS?

* Memory?
* Brain fog?
* Losing your train of thought?
* Trouble finding words?
* Something else?

Let’s remind each other that we’re not alone in this fight. Your story might help someone else feel understood today.

We move forward together—one day at a time.

Appreciate y’all. Love y’all. ❤️

Hey y’all, it’s USHER with MS Daily Struggles with USHER.

🧠 Did you know researchers are looking at tiny particles in your blood called “neurofilament light chain” (NfL)?

NfL is a protein that’s released when nerve cells are damaged. The exciting part is that doctors are getting better at measuring it with a simple blood test. Researchers hope it will help:

• Detect MS activity earlier.
• See if a treatment is really working.
• Catch disease activity before it even shows up on an MRI.
• Help personalize treatment instead of waiting for symptoms to get worse.

It’s not replacing MRIs today, but it’s one of the biggest steps toward making MS care more personalized in the future.

Now I want to hear from YOU…

👇 If your neurologist could tell you TODAY whether your MS was completely quiet or silently active… would you want to know? Why or why not?

Let’s talk about it. Your answer might help someone else who’s living with MS.

No matter what today brings, remember this…

We may have MS, but MS doesn’t get to decide who we are. We keep moving forward—one step, one day, one victory at a time.

Appreciate y’all. Love y’all. ❤️

Hey y’all, it’s USHER with MS Daily Struggles with USHER.

Some mornings, the hardest part of living with MS isn’t the pain… it’s getting started.

There are days when your body feels heavy before your feet even touch the floor. Your mind wants to go, but your body has other plans. Fatigue, brain fog, vision problems, weakness—they’re battles most people never see.

But if you’re reading this, you made it to another day.

You don’t have to conquer the whole week today. Just take the next step. Then another. Even the smallest victory is still a victory.

Question of the day:
What is the hardest symptom for you to push through in the morning?

Let’s remind each other that none of us are fighting this alone.

Appreciate y’all. Love y’all. 💙

Hey y’all! It’s USHER with MS Daily Struggles with USHER.

Happy Monday, everyone! I hope you all had a chance to rest this weekend because today is a new opportunity to keep moving forward.

Living with MS isn’t about being perfect. Some mornings we wake up feeling ready to take on the world. Other mornings, simply getting out of bed is the biggest victory of the day. And you know what? Both days count.

Don’t compare your journey to someone else’s. Your battle is unique, your strength is real, and every step you take matters—even the small ones.

💬 Let’s check in this morning:
What’s ONE goal you have for this week?

It could be:
💙 Going for a short walk.
💙 Making it to a doctor’s appointment.
💙 Drinking more water.
💙 Working out.
💙 Resting without feeling guilty.
💙 Simply making it through the week.

Drop your goal in the comments. Let’s encourage each other and remind everyone that they’re not fighting this battle alone.

No matter what MS throws at us today…

Head up. One foot in front of the other. We move forward—together. 💙🧡

It’s USHER with MS Daily Struggles with USHER.

Happy Sunday, family.

Some Sundays are for resting. Some are for catching up. And for some of us living with MS, Sunday is simply about making it through the day.

People often see us on our “good days” and assume we’re doing great. What they don’t see is the fatigue, the pain, the brain fog, the balance issues, or the mental battle that happens behind the scenes.

So today I want to ask you something…

💬 What is ONE symptom of your MS that you wish people could truly understand?

Is it the fatigue?
The pain?
The vision problems?
The memory issues?
The numbness?
The heat sensitivity?
Or something else?

Your answer might help someone without MS better understand what this disease is really like—and it might remind another MS warrior that they’re not alone.

Let’s support each other in the comments today. Your story matters.

Appreciate y’all!
Love y’all!
