✨Join Us in Welcoming Shawna!✨

Meet part of our Kokomo Clinical Team, Shawna Baugh! Shawna is from Logansport, IN and currently resides in Kokomo, IN. Her passion for the ABA field and Behavior Analysis began in the early 2000's with wanting to analyze criminal behavior, but quickly turned into a passion for early intervention. When her son was a child, she did not know about ABA. When she came to know about ABA later in life, Shawna developed a vision for the importance and benefit of the child to have early intervention to support success in their daily life. Shawna graduated from Logansport High School in 1991 and then went on to graduate from Purdue University Global with her Masters of Science(MS) degree in Psychology in 2017. She continued down her educational path and returned to Purdue University Global in 2022 to complete the Post Graduate Certificate for ABA to which she completed in 2023. Shawna worked in a Pork Processing Plant while she was putting herself through college and after earning her master's degree, she began providing home based services for developmentally disabled adults and children as a Behavior Consultant. She obtained her BCBA credential in August 2025 and began her BCBA career at another local ABA center in September 2025. Shawna then joined the Alphabet Soup ABA team in August of 2026 and we could not have been more excited to have her! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their 7 grandchildren. Shawna also enjoys working out, walking trails, shopping, dining out, taking the grandkids to the park, working in the yard, and visiting friends and family!

✨Join us in Welcoming Gina!✨

Meet our Kokomo, IN Parent Trainer Board Certified Behavior Analyst Gina DeRosa Warren! Gina is from Frankfort, IN and currently resides in West Lafayette, IN! She found her passion for the ABA field when she was in her high school Psychology class; this is where she had her first ever introduction to the ABA world. At the age of 16 she discovered her interest in behavior as well as her desire to learn all she could about the behavior of others. After she graduated from High School with this new found passion, Gina attended Anderson University where she obtained her Bachelors in Psychology with a minor in Family Studies in 1996. She then pursued her master’s program at Southern Illinois University where she graduated with her Masters of Science (MS) in Behavior Analysis & Therapy with a specialization in Children and Families in 1999! With now several degrees under her belt Gina spent the next 25 years and counting in the field of ABA directly! She has held a wide range of positions, including that of a Clinical Director for two autism centers, an Area Director for residential services for adults with developmental disabilities, an Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant, and as a private consultant working in childcare facilities, schools and in family homes. Prior to becoming a BCBA, she was a Life Skills therapist in a residential facility for adolescents with acquired brain injuries. Gina then made the move to join the Alphabet Soup ABA team in July 2026 as our Kokomo, IN location Parent Trainer BCBA and we couldn't be more excited to have her! In her free time, Gina likes to spend time with her two adult children, one of whom is diagnosed with autism. She is also the owner of 9 cats and 1 German Shepherd. When she isn’t vacuuming pet fur, she enjoys reading, attending concerts, teaching group fitness classes, and spending time with friends and family!

✨So Many Community Helpers, So Many Memories!✨

We had Police Cars🚓, we had Firetrucks🚒, we had Ambulance🚑, we had Mail trucks📬 we even had a Police Dog🐶! The team and the kiddos got to meet some of our surrounding helpers that truly continue to keep our communities go round, remain safe and spread human kindness day in and day out! It took some time however it was time WELL SPENT to get to share only some of our favorite highlights with you all!🧡💙

✨Join us in Welcoming Haley!✨

Meet our Marion, IN Parent Trainer Board Certified Behavior Analyst Haley Elliott! Haley is from Winamac, IN and currently resides in Kokomo, IN. She found her passion for the ABA field when she began working at another fellow ABA clinic while attending college. At the time, she had very little knowledge of the field, however Haley was drawn to the opportunity to work with and support children. Initially, she pursued a degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Special Education. After spending about a year in the ABA field, she discovered a passion for behavior analysis and decided to change her career! Haley entered the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2018 and has since progressed through several roles, including Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Lead RBT, Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA); talk about the getting the full experience! Before joining the ABA field, Haley graduated from Winamac Community High School in 2017 and then went on to pursue her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in ABA in 2021 from Purdue University Global. With this specialized degree she continued on to earn her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2023 from Ball State University. These experiences allowed her to develop strong clinical, leadership, and supervisory skills while supporting individuals and families across a variety of settings. Haley then made the move to join the Alphabet Soup ABA team in July 2026 as our Marion, IN location Parent Trainer BCBA and we couldn't be more excited to have her! In her free time, Haley enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters, Finley and Kaley. She also enjoys exercising and mindlessly wandering the aisles of Target!

✨Join Us in Congratulating Lexi!✨

Meet our Marion,IN Clinic Operations Manager Lexi Honeycutt! Lexi is from Marion, IN and currently resides in Van Buren, IN! She found her passion for the ABA field back in 2024 when she joined the Alphabet Soup ABA team as a newly hired Behavior Technician (BT). Alphabet Soup or “The Soup” is where she earned her Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential and fell in love with the job as well as the kiddos! Before joining the ABA world, Lexi obtained her high school diploma in 2020 from Eastbrook High School and then continued on to work towards her Bachelors degree in Psychology; she is currently projected to graduate from Ca****la University in July of 2026! As was mentioned Lexi has been a part of the Alphabet Soup ABA team since April of 2024, and it is safe to say that she has truly made her way through the ranks such as: being hired on as a BT, gaining her RBT, joining our RBT Mentor team, paving the way as one of our very first Lead RBTs and then transitioning into her role of our Marion Location Clinic Operations Manager in July 2026! We couldn’t be more proud of her and everything she has accomplished! In her free time, Lexi likes to spend time with her son and her Fiance as well as attending her book club!

✨Fabulous Forts and a Glorious Glow in the Dark Party!✨

We may not have been able to do our outdoor boat races due to the weather for Fun Friday week #5 HOWEVER we did get to build some super comfy forts and have a glow in the dark party to remember! The forts were built at our Kokomo location with ingenuity and some healthy competition while there were some GLOWING reviews left for the party we had over in our Marion location!
