Say hello to our new Administrator, Rhoda Jones! 👋

Rhoda has been part of the Aperion Care family for five and a half years, working in Human Resources at both Aperion Care Peru and Aperion Care Marion. After spending the past year as an Administrator in Training, Rhoda joined team Kokomo in April and just passed her exams this month to officially step into the Administrator role! Congratulations, Rhoda! 🎉

Rhoda loves people and is passionate about building genuine relationships that foster growth and accountability. Her goal is to continue making Kokomo a wonderful place to live and work at and keep on bringing the cheer!

Outside of work, Rhoda enjoys spending time with her husband Jeremy of 31 years. Their son Nate currently serves in the Air Force in California, and their daughter Cana recently graduated from Benedictine University in Chicago. They are also proud grandparents to two beautiful granddaughters who give them so much joy!

Can't wait to see all you do, Rhoda 🧡💙
