Congratulations, Mrs. Barnes!
Today is a bittersweet day as we celebrate Miss Barnes successfully completing her therapy program and discharging to go HOME!

During her time with us, Mrs. Barnes made so many wonderful friends and brought so much joy, laughter, and happiness to our facility. Her sweet spirit will certainly be missed by our residents and staff!
While saying goodbye isn’t easy, we are so happy to see her reach this milestone and return home. And thankfully, it’s not really goodbye—Mrs. Barnes has promised to come back and visit us often!

Our residents had a fun-filled time playing Farkle, enjoying some friendly competition, plenty of laughs, and great company along the way!

And of course, no game day is complete without a refreshing treat! 🥤 A special thank you to Dana Kelley Yancey from Southwest Home Health who provided the delicious dirty sodas and helped make the afternoon extra special.

We love creating opportunities for our residents to connect, have fun, and enjoy meaningful moments together.

We enjoyed lunch today with local senior citizens in Kountze. The fellowship and food was good for the soul!

Today, we celebrate Mr. Sias as he completes his Physical and Occupational Therapy journey at Paradigm at Kountze.

Despite a complicated medical history and the many challenges he faced along the way, Mr. Sias remained positive, determined, and faithful throughout his time with us. His strength and perseverance have been an inspiration to everyone who had the privilege of being part of his care.

Some goodbyes are extra hard, especially when a resident becomes part of the Paradigm family. While his healing journey is ongoing, we are so proud of the progress he has made and grateful for the time we were able to share with him.

Mr. Sias, we wish you continued healing, strength, and success in your next endeavor. You will be missed!
