This is my FAVORITE alternative flour bread recipe. Tasty, moist texture with a good crust, and VERY easy (only six ingredients, unless I add chocolate chips 😅)

1) 2 cups almond meal (I use Trader Joe's)
2) 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
3) 1 tablespoon baking powder
4) 1/2 tsp. sea salt
5) 4 large eggs, beaten (I use organic pasture-raised for the most flavor and nutrients)
6) 1/4 cup coconut oil, ghee, MCT or C8 oil (melted)
7) 1/2 cup warm water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray 8x4 inch loaf pan.
Mix together 1) through 4).
Stir in 5), 6), and then 7). Stir well to create air bubbles.
Pour into loaf pan.
Bake 45 to 70 minutes, or until inserted toothpick comes out clean and top is hard like a bread crust.
