☀️ A little late, but too good not to share! ☀️

We had such a wonderful time at our Advanced Family Medicine Summer Party! 💛 It was so nice to step away from our busy workdays, relax, laugh, and simply enjoy spending time together outside of the clinic.

We are incredibly grateful for every member of our AFM family and all the hard work, dedication, and heart they bring each day. Our patients wouldn’t receive the care they do without the amazing people behind it all. 🩺💙

⚠️ The entrance from School Road is temporarily CLOSED.

✅ Our Deer Flat Road entrance remains OPEN and is accessible to patients.
