Big news!!! I am moving into Freedom Fitness!!
My 4 year lease is coming to an end with Initial Point Real Estate and it makes me sad to leave. I have appreciated Jeff and the team for being great landlords and appreciate my time with them!
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out! But as of August 1st, I am going to be starting my transition into Freedom!

Big Changes are Here!

Today is the day! I’m officially transforming the way my services are offered — from how they’re structured to how they’re experienced.
This shift has been something I’ve been thoughtfully working on behind the scenes, and it’s all designed to better serve YOU — more intention, more customization, and an elevated overall experience.
Think: upgraded options, refined service tiers, and a little more luxury woven into every session 🤍
If you’ve been thinking about booking, now is the perfect time to get in before everything fully transitions 👀
I cannot wait to share what’s coming… stay tuned!

Heads up everyone!

I’ll be making some updates to my service menu and pricing soon, and I wanted to give YOU the chance to book at current rates before those changes go into effect.
If you’ve been thinking about scheduling a massage, this is your sign. Whether you need stress relief, muscle work, or just a little time to recharge, now is the perfect time to get on the books.
Spots are limited and filling quickly, so don’t wait until the new pricing hits!
📅 Message me or book now to lock in your appointment at the current rates.
Your body will thank you 🤍
If you want, I can make a more sales-heavy version, a more playful/whimsical one, or tailor it to your specific services.

For a limited time, I have created massage bundles to purchase for those you love most in your life! You can purchase either 2 90 minute massages or 4!

Note: I cannot perform couples massages
These expire by August, so make sure to book them as fast as you can!
