Last night The Loving Piece, LLC was pure magic, joy and peace. We focused on abundance and gratitude, being grateful for what is already all around while being open to receive. We filled our cups, found stillness in meditation and cherished guidance through the cards and each other. There were so many gold nuggets and heart felt moments shared through words, laughter, tears and support. My heart is so full and full of gratitude to Nanci for opening her beautiful space each month and the amazing people who join! 💞

Crystals, stones, rocks, mineral formations. A few words we can use to classify these gorgeous pieces of the Earth.
Formed through heat, pressure, water and often taking thousands or even millions of years to develop. They have unique mineral compositions, colors and patterns and are a beautiful reminder of the processes happening within our planet and hold their own individual properties. I don’t talk about crystals enough but I love working with them especially in my sessions and circles! ✨

For me they are tools for grounding, meditation, intention, reflection and ritual. I love choosing them intuitively and noticing what I’m drawn to in a particular moment or space.

It’s that time of year for fire cider to be brewing 🔥 🥃 I love using fresh herbs while they are here from my garden (swipe to see those beautiful babies).

Fire cider is a wonderful addition to our health regimen especially during fall and winter months (cold and flu season) to keep inflammation down, immunity up, clear up the sinus and bronchial congestion and support overall. 💛

🌿It’ll be ready in 4 weeks so be sure to contact me for your order before then as it goes fast! I will be making it until spring.

I am very excited to introduce to you a new collaboration with Kate McNally !

The Sage Circle is a welcoming space for women to gather over herbal tea, share meaningful conversation, explore spirituality and life and discuss a thoughtfully chosen book. Each gathering will also include learning about herbs that complement the themes of the book, deepening our understanding through both story and nature.

Our first book will be Signs by Laura Lynn Jackson, a beautiful exploration of signs from loved ones, intuition and the unseen connections that guide us. And will be held in the cozy space of Aura Explorer Photography in Stroudsburg Square.

This is more than a book club, it’s a journey. Together we’ll travel to a different cozy location for each gathering, allowing each space to bring its own unique energy to our experience.

I’m always making herbal teas, hot or cold, even throughout the summer! How can I resist the sweet and tasty medicine of the plants? 🌿

Yesterday, my daughter said to me after taking a sip of fresh watermelon juice “This tastes like your tea, Mom.” And that made my heart so happy. I can only hope my children carry this forward onto their children and so on. What a beautiful thing it would be to pass down this love and connection with the plants.
