Went to the dojang today thinking I was just getting some extra training in. Then John Olds decided it was time for a lesson.

Let's just say things did not go according to my plan.

It's funny how someone with years of experience can make you feel completely off balance without looking like they're even trying. No fancy moves, no wasted effor, just timing, technique, and a reminder that there are levels to this.

Got thrown around, learned a few things, laughed a lot, and walked away with a healthy dose of humility.

Always grateful for training partners and mentors who keep you learning.

💀 Bonnie Got Promoted to Moving Supervisor

Today was another clinic setup day.

While I was busy loading equipment and moving things into the new office, Bonnie decided that physical labor was beneath him. Instead, he spent the entire time pointing at things, making strange skeleton noises, and supervising from a safe distance.

Somehow he still believes he's the boss.

We're getting closer to opening Bright Chiropractic and Pain Center in Kyle, Texas. There is still plenty to do, but little by little the clinic is starting to come together.

If you've ever opened a business, moved an office, or had a coworker who somehow avoids all the heavy lifting, you'll probably understand Bonnie.

Follow along as we continue building the clinic from the ground up.
