🌧️🚗 Rain, Rain, Go Away… We’re Going on an Adventure Anyway! 😂💦

The rainy weather definitely wasn’t going to keep us cooped up today! We loaded up and headed out for a little road-trip adventure to Thousand Hills State Park. 🌳🌊

We enjoyed checking out the beautiful lake, scenery, and homes along the way—and seeing the crops that are getting so close to harvest! 🌽🌾

But then came my FAVORITE part of the drive… 🌸🌸🌸
THE ZINNIAS IN HURDLAND! 😍

They were absolutely beautiful! Zinnias are my favorite because they always remind me of my Grandad. ❤️🌸

And naturally, no adventure is complete without MILKSHAKES! 🥤😂

We enjoyed our milkshakes all the way home… well, let’s be honest—the ice cream didn’t make it very far! 🤣 By the time we got home, the cups were pretty much just evidence that ice cream had once existed. 🍦😂

A little rain, a beautiful drive, pretty flowers, good company, and milkshakes… I’d say we made some pretty sweet memories today! 💕🌧️🌸

✨💅 Another Wonderful Day at the Manor! 💌💕
We had a little something for everyone today!
🌸 This morning was Glam & Glow! A few of our ladies enjoyed relaxing manicures and a little extra pampering. 💅✨
💌 This afternoon, we spent some time writing cards and letters to friends and family. It was a sweet way to send a little love and brighten someone’s day! 💕✉️
🎉 And for those who weren’t in the letter-writing mood, we had a fun game of Yahtzee! There were smiles, laughs, and a few lucky winners! 🍀🎉
Another day filled with fun, friendship, and making memories together! ❤️
We also had a couple winners in our in -room Bingo game today. Those winners celebrated with a soda!

She referred her brother and sister-in-law to see her best friend, and they ended up finding and buying their beautiful new home! 🏠❤️

What makes it even sweeter? Sheila had no idea a surprise referral bonus was coming her way! 😲🎁

✨💅 Another fun day at the Manor! 💅✨

This morning, we enjoyed a little Glam & Glow time! 💖 Some of our lovely ladies were treated to relaxing manicures and a little extra pampering. Everyone deserves to feel beautiful and special! ✨💅

This afternoon, we brought out the cards for some friendly competition with UNO! 🃏😂 There were plenty of laughs, strategy, and fun!

We love filling our days with relaxation, friendship, and lots of smiles! ❤️

This morning, we celebrated the one and only Dolly Parton with some Dolly trivia, lots of her wonderful music, and a fun game of Name That Tune: Dolly Parton Edition! 🎤🎵

A special congratulations goes out to Sheila, our very own Dolly Parton Trivia Champ! 🏆👑 She sure knows her Dolly!

This afternoon, we had a BIG crowd for Bingo! 🎉 Everyone had a great time playing, laughing, and enjoying the afternoon together.

📸 As you may notice… no pictures again today! My phone is still broken, but hopefully a new phone will be arriving in the near future so we can get back to capturing all of our fun memories!

📚🎂🎶 What a Beautiful Day at the Manor! 🎶🎂📚
Our morning started with some wonderful time together at Book Club, sharing stories, thoughts, and plenty of good conversation. 📖❤️
This afternoon it was time to celebrate our August birthdays! 🎉🎈 We enjoyed cake, ice cream, smiles, laughter, and celebrating all of our special birthday residents. And today was extra special as we celebrated Noreen’s birthday! 🥳🎂💐 Happy Birthday, Noreen! We hope your day was filled with love, happiness, and lots of smiles!
During our party we also remembered Dolly and enjoyed an afternoon filled with her beautiful music. 🎶💖 Her songs brought back memories, sparked conversations, and gave us plenty of reasons to sing along.
From books and birthdays to music and memories, today was a wonderful reminder that the best days are the ones we share together 🎶❤️

🎶 A Wonderful Day at the Manor! 💕

We started our morning with some great music and fellowship, followed by a meaningful Bible Study with Pastor Kenneth Rush. 📖🙏 We’re always grateful for the time he spends with our residents!

At lunchtime, we kicked off our new Lunch Time Exercises—getting our bodies moving and having a little fun along the way! 💪😊

This afternoon, we enjoyed a few fun rounds of “Help Your Neighbor” with plenty of smiles, laughter, and friendly competition. ❤️

📱 No pictures today—my phone decided to take the day off! 😂 But trust me, we still made some wonderful memories!

We had a fun-filled day of music, shopping, friends, and plenty of smiles! 😊

🌞 This Morning: We started with Music & Mingle, enjoying good conversation and some great tunes. Then we opened up our Country Store, giving everyone a chance to browse and enjoy a little shopping fun! 🛍️

🌟 This Afternoon: The fun continued with Moots Family & Friends Karaoke! 🎤🎶 Our residents enjoyed listening, singing along, and making some wonderful memories together.
❤️ We sure know how to have a good time around here! 🥰
