I’ve died more times than I can count.
Not the kind of death that buries you in the ground—
but the kind that strips you of everything you thought you were
until all that’s left is the truth.
And every time, I rise.
Every time, I reinvent.
Every time, I choose devotion over destruction.
Because here’s the thing—darkness will always knock.
It will whisper that it’s easier to stay numb, to stay small, to stay safe.
But I refuse to let the darkness take hold.
Instead, I meet it in my body.
I breathe with it.
I train my nervous system to expand instead of collapse.
I move it, shake it, scream it, pray it.
I let my body become the altar where old cycles burn and new ones are born.
This is why I created Cyclebreaker.
Because we’ve been taught to white-knuckle our way through survival,
to gaslight our own emotions,
to think our way out of pain instead of feeling our way through it.
But breaking the cycle doesn’t happen in the mind.
It happens in the body.
It happens when you stop gripping, surrender into the unknown, and allow yourself to be remade.
That’s why the core of Cyclebreaker is what I call the Holy Rebirth.
Because real transformation is death and resurrection.
It’s letting the old self die, letting the nervous system rewire, letting the soul remember.
It’s where surrender meets embodiment, where pain turns into power, and where you come back alive to yourself.
Reinvention isn’t vanity.
It’s survival.
It’s devotion to your soul’s evolution.
It’s saying: I will die a thousand times if it means I keep living fully alive.
That’s what we do in Cyclebreaker.
We don’t bypass.
We don’t perform.
We don’t grind.
We die and are reborn — again and again — until we remember who the hell we really are.
The next Cyclebreaker Ceremony is on the Equinox.
If you’re ready to meet your own Holy Rebirth, this is your invitation.
