Hello, August ☀️

This past week, being surrounded by the mountains, the river, and the trees has reminded me that growth takes time.

The mountains stand because of years of change. The river keeps moving, slowly shaping everything in its path. And the strongest trees grow their roots deep before they ever reach for the sky.

Maybe our lives are the same.

Maybe we’re not as stuck as we sometimes feel.

Maybe we’re growing in ways we can’t see yet.

As we step into August, choose to trust the quiet growth and give yourself the same patience nature has. 🤍

The Threads of Life…

I found this little nest, woven with horsehair, while camping with friends a couple weekends ago. A beautiful omen. A sign from Mother Nature.

These simple strands of horsehair woven together made me reflect on my own life and the many threads woven into my story. The moments, the challenges, the lessons, and the connections along the way.

I’m learning that every experience has a purpose, even the ones I don’t understand in the moment. Each one adds another thread, shaping who I am and guiding me toward where I’m meant to be.

This little nest reminded me that life is magical and always creating something beautiful, even from the simplest pieces. The things we often overlook can hold the greatest meaning when we slow down enough to notice.

A gentle reminder… trust the threads of your journey. ❤️

Happy Sunday! ☀️

There is something so grounding about feeling sound.

Join me this coming Saturday for an outdoor sound bath held in a private location in Holmen surrounded by nature.

In this video, she is stepping inside a Tibetan singing bowl, allowing herself to experience the gentle vibrations as they move around her. A beautiful reminder that sound is not only something we hear, but something we can feel.

Happy Cancer New Moon! 🌕

The Cancer New Moon is a reminder to slow down, care for yourself, and come back to what feels steady and comforting. While the new moon is today, this energy carries with us over the next couple of weeks, leading up to the Full Moon on Wednesday, July 29th.

If you’re looking for a gentle way to honor that time, I’d love to invite you to my Outdoor Sound Bath next Saturday, July 25th at 10:00AM.

We’ll spend the morning outdoors, resting while listening to the calming sounds of singing bowls and chimes.

Whether you’re new to sound baths or have attended before, this experience is for everyone.

Yoga mats and blankets will be provided. You’re welcome to bring a pillow for extra comfort or a chair if you prefer not to lie on the ground.
