My goal for the one-year celebration of Angel's House of Healing was simple:

I wanted people to leave knowing what it feels like to live inside Angel's House.

To be seen.
To be heard.
To be loved.

And that is exactly what filled the room.

What moved me most wasn't the event itself. It was hearing the women share their stories and witnessing the transformation that is happening in real time. The healing. The growth. The courage it takes to keep showing up and choosing a different life.

One of the things the women talked about afterward was how loved and supported they felt. They were genuinely surprised by the number of people who showed up, believed in them, and celebrated their journey.

Because this is about so much more than recovery.

It's about women reconnecting with themselves, discovering their worth, building healthy relationships, and creating lives they truly love.

The healing is real.
The transformation is real.
And we're just getting started. 💜

I don't even know where to begin.

Last night was absolutely perfect.

For as long as I can remember, Angel's House of Healing has been the biggest dream I've ever placed on my life. The highest calling I've ever felt on my heart.

And last night, I got to stand in a room full of people who believe what I believe.

That healing is possible.
That people can change.
That compassion matters.
That love changes lives.

When I looked around that room, I saw something so much bigger than an event.

I saw a community.

A room full of people with their wings up.

A room brought together by love.

The most powerful part of the evening wasn't the decorations, the venue, or even the celebration itself.

It was hearing the stories.

Hearing how Angel's House of Healing has impacted the lives of women.
Their children.
Their families.
Their futures.

There wasn't a dry eye in the house.

And in those moments, I was reminded why this work matters so deeply.

To every sponsor, volunteer, donor, referral partner, community member, family member, resident, alumni, and supporter who has been part of this journey from the beginning:

Thank you for believing in this vision.
Thank you for believing in the women.
Thank you for believing that change is possible.

One year ago, Angel's House of Healing was just a dream.

Last night was proof that dream became reality.

And because this was the biggest dream I've ever carried...
