Brandee's compassion, dedication, and commitment to providing exceptional care make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families every day. She has been a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for over 16 years and has been a valued member of the Rolling Meadows team for more than 4½ years. Introducing Rolling Meadows Health and Rehabilitation's Namaste program.
We believe the spirit in each person lives regardless of their physical and cognitive status; and, that it is possible to nuture this spirit in each individual through loving touch and meaningful activities.
This program has proven to reduce behaviors, falls, weight loss, UTI's as well as (in some) a reduction in psychoactive medication.
The Namaste program includes but is not limited to sensory stimulation, massage, aroma therapy, snacks / hydration and 1:1 leisure interaction of each individuals interest.
Loving our advanced dementia residents well changes everything. 🤍

Ashley brings over 12 years of nursing experience, with a career that has taken her from serving as an elementary school nurse to providing compassionate care as a floor nurse in long-term care. Throughout every step of her journey, she has demonstrated a genuine passion for caring for others.

Her kind-hearted spirit, positive attitude, and unwavering dedication to residents and staff shine brightly at Rolling Meadows. We are excited to have Ashley leading our nursing team and know she will make a lasting impact on our residents, families, and employees.

Before joining the team, she spent two years as the Human Resources Assistant at Avon Health and Rehabilitation, where she focused onboarding, employee appreciation, and staff engagement. Jaelyn holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration and will begin pursuing her bachelor's degree at Indiana University this fall. She is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting our amazing staff, so they are empowered to succeed in providing the highest-quality care to our residents.

Coming to you from Rolling Meadows! We’re excited to announce Dalton as the official Ambassador of our BEST Academy! 🎉

BEST stands for Beyond Expectations, Satisfaction, and Trust—and this program is all about elevating the way we serve, connect, and deliver for those who count on us every day.
Through the BEST Academy, our team will engage in a powerful customer service training experience designed to strengthen our culture, sharpen our skills, and ensure we consistently go above and beyond.

Dalton has worked for Rolling Meadows for a little over 2 Years now. He hired in as an Activities Assistant, and shares, since then has had the privilege of helping in the other departments as his way of learning more about how our facility runs! Dalton's favorite part of the job is growing intergenerational bonds with his residents. When he comes to work, he is serving friends, adopted family and so on! It truly does become family taking care of family. Dalton is a family man with a wonderful wife and a crazy dog. Originally from New Jersey, he took the risky leap to explore what the world had to offer what was never on his bingo card of life! He shares, " It brought me to an incredible workplace with some of the most incredible people I have ever had the privilege of meeting!" We say the feeling is mutual :)

Dalton also shares, "I would love to acknowledge that none of this would have been possible without the continued efforts and support of my wife, and my manager Shelly Skeens. They have continued to push me in the correct direction. Go Team!"
