This is a good, albeit, scary reminder from a nearby service provider of why certain items are not allowed in the garbage. Please do not place any batteries, lightbulbs, chemicals, or fireworks in garbage containers. Even inert items can combust when under the pressure of a garbage compactor.

If you have any of these items to dispose, please call the office at 541-963-5459 to arrange proper disposal. Many items can be dropped off at the Transfer Station during regular hours at no charge.

Open M, T, Th, F, Sa 9-4:30. Closed Wednesday & Sunday.
