"If he's awake, you're awake."

When someone you care about is getting up multiple times a night to use the bathroom, it can be a sign that an enlarged prostate is affecting more than just sleep. Frequent nighttime urination can impact overall health, energy, and quality of life.

Aquablation therapy is an advanced, minimally invasive treatment for men with BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia) that can help reduce urinary symptoms and improve quality of life.

Have you ever felt like a difficult experience stayed with you long after it was over?

Maybe you find yourself avoiding certain situations, feeling constantly on edge, struggling with sleep, or reacting strongly to reminders of a past event. These experiences can be signs that trauma is still affecting your daily life.

In recognition of PTSD Awareness Month, our new behavioral health provider, Keilynn Alicea, DNP shares insight into how trauma can impact both mental and physical health, why seeking support matters, and what healing can look like.

Have you ever had a healthcare worker make a difficult day just a little easier?

When you're in the hospital, it's often the people who are there to help you get comfortable, answer a call light, offer encouragement, or simply check in when you need it most.

This CNA Week, we're celebrating the caring hands and kind hearts of our Certified Nursing Assistants. Their compassion, dedication, and respect for every patient make a difference every single day.

Thank you to our incredible CNAs for all you do for our patients, our teams, and our community. Happy CNA Week!
