Every baby knows their perfect timing 🤍

As a doula, I gently remind my mamas that while there are natural ways to encourage labor—like walking, movement, nourishing your body, staying hydrated, connecting with your partner, and creating a calm, safe space—nothing replaces trust in your body and your baby.

Labor isn’t something we force… it’s something we invite. ✨

So we breathe, we move with intention, we rest when needed, and we stay patient. Your body was designed for this, and your baby will come when the moment is just right.
