Last Friday's email asked a simple question... how's your breath, really?
Not "how are you." Not the reflexive fine we hand out like change at a register. The breath.
The one that's been high and tight in your chest, bracing for whatever comes next.
This week, let it be the small bell. The next time someone asks how you are, take one real breath before you answer. Breathe in until your body feels full... and let it go until it's ready for the next one.
