From caring for flowers to watching new growth bloom, our garden activities provide a wonderful opportunity for connection, creativity, and a little sunshine along the way.

We love seeing our residents share their green thumbs and make the garden a special place for everyone to enjoy!

Meadowbrook La Grange is happy to announce that we have been selected to participate in the Age-Friendly Health Systems initiative, a movement to improve health care for older adults, contributing to a goal of continuing to expand and grow age-friendly care.

“Meadowbrook La Grange has always been on the forefront of patient care, and that’s why we are participating in this vital movement. We look forward to both sharing our best practices and learning what’s working for others providing age-friendly care,” said Teresa Studnicki, Administrator of Meadowbrook La Grange. “The Age-Friendly Health Systems initiative is an important part of our overarching vision to provide every older adult with the best care possible.”

Meadowbrook La Grange now joins an international group of more than 5,200 health systems working to tailor care to patients’ goals and preferences and to deliver care that is consistently of the highest quality.

Our Easter Egg Hunt was egg-cellent at Meadowbrook LaGrange! The entire event was filled with laughter and lots of hoppy little egg hunters! A big thank you to all the families who joined us and helped make this event so special. We loved celebrating with you and can’t wait to see you at our next community event!

Today, the Meadowbrook family gathered at Meadowbrook LaGrange to honor and remember Patricia Kollereb, whose sudden passing on December 31, 2025, left a profound void in our hearts.

For 13 years, Patricia served as a compassionate and devoted nurse, touching countless lives with her kindness and gentle spirit. Her residents adored her, her colleagues respected her, and all who had the privilege of knowing her were better because of it.

While we grieve her loss, we also honor and celebrate a life beautifully devoted to service, kindness, and dedication to others. Her legacy lives on in every life she touched, and her spirit will forever remain a cherished part of the Meadowbrook family.

Our hearts are with Patricia’s loving husband, Jim, and her two children, Jimmy and Madison.

Butterfield Healthcare Group is excited to announce that Meadowbrook La Grange, Meadowbrook Naperville, Meadowbrook Bolingbrook, and Lee Manor Post Hospital Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care in Des Plaines are now VA-contracted providers for skilled nursing care.
