One of the biggest contributors for me has been biostimulatory treatments—Sculptra included. ✨

This might be the most overlooked Botox treatment, and one of my favorites.

Most people don’t realize that the vertical bands in the neck have a name—platysmal bands—or that they’re one of the easiest signs of aging to treat.

As we age, the platysma muscle becomes stronger and more visible due to thinning skin. It pulls downward on the lower face and jawline, contributing to a less defined jawline and more howling.

While Botox is often associated with the forehead, treating the platysma can dramatically improve the harmony of the lower face and neck.

Think:
✨ Less banding appearance of the neck
✨ Smoother neck skin
✨ A more defined jawline
✨ Less jowling

My favorite part? The change is incredibly subtle.
No one is going to ask if you’ve had Botox. They’ll simply notice that you look more refreshed, your jawline looks more defined, and your entire lower face appears more lifted.

It’s one of the most underrated treatments in aesthetics and one I wish more people knew about.

Today is the youngest you’ll ever be.
That’s exactly why I’ve been committed to microneedling for over a decade. 💛

I turned 46 this year. I started microneedling more than 10 years ago, have now had 30+ treatments, and I’m still convinced it’s one of the best investments I’ve ever made in my skin.

Over the past two PRFCT MAHJ events, we’ve watched strangers become friends, beginners become confident players, and a game that’s been bringing people together for generations become one of our favorite ways to build community.

Make a weekend of it. Learn the game on Saturday with Finest City Mahjong g then come back Sunday to put your new skills into practice—with the same incredible instructors roaming the room to answer questions, offer tips, and cheer you on.
