Learning has always been one of my favorite things.
While working toward my Family Nurse Practitioner degree, I’ve also been diving deeper into understanding what our bodies naturally produce and how those changes affect us as we age. It really helps explain why so many people notice stubborn belly fat, lower energy, slower metabolism, and why losing weight can become so much more challenging during menopause and beyond.
As a nurse, I don’t like recommending something just because it’s trending. I want to understand the science, see the research, and most importantly, see real results before I ever share it with someone else. I never want people wasting their hard-earned money on products or programs that don’t truly provide value.
That’s why I’ve spent the last year studying, asking questions, and personally experiencing many of these therapies. The improvements I’ve seen in my own health have only fueled my desire to keep learning so I can better educate others.
This recognition is a reminder that education never stops. Every class, conference, and opportunity to learn helps me become a better nurse, a better provider, and a better resource for those who trust me with their health.
Here’s to always being a student and never stopping the pursuit of knowledge. ❤️📚✈️
