Mental health challenges don’t always look the way people expect. Sometimes it’s exhaustion, irritability, overwhelm, difficulty concentrating, trouble sleeping, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself.
The reality is that millions of people silently struggle every day while trying to “push through.” But healing starts when we allow ourselves to acknowledge what we’re carrying and seek support without shame.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, remember:
✔️ It’s okay to ask for help
✔️ Therapy is for everyone — not just during crises
✔️ Small steps toward healing still count

At Positive Change Counseling Center, we’re committed to creating a supportive space where individuals, couples, and families can work toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice will never be forgotten.

We also recognize that holidays like Memorial Day can bring up difficult emotions for veterans, military families, and loved ones remembering those they’ve lost. If you or someone you know is struggling, support is available.

Today, we remember with gratitude and compassion. ❤️🤍💙
