So much gratitude and thanks to all who were a part of our first local retreat!

Where SOMD greeted NEPA. A perfect union. We set down our roots in different places, yet we all came together here at Shady Oak Farm to branch out and connect. ❤️🙏🌳

To all of the instructors, students, vendors, thank you for sharing your gifts, talents, time and energy. It is much appreciated! Without you, this couldn't be possible. ❤️❤️❤️

Special thanks and blessings to our hostess Kim and her beautiful home and property at Shady Oak Farm!! This property was the perfect place to hold our Rooted Retreat! The peaceful vibe and the beautiful nature surrounding us was something out of a fairy tale. It was a pleasure to be surrounded by beautiful souls and practice together here. 🌳❤️🌳

And...to end our retreat with our PA friends, we stopped by Atlantic Kayak Company for a phenomenal tandem kayak tour at Mallow's Bay. What a little piece of heaven!! Shelly and Joe went above and beyond. They are so knowledgeable and tell the stories of how Mallow's Bay became the Ghost Fleet of the Potomac. It is a Must Do tour!! ❤️🌳❤️
