Dharma Kids - La Plata Kid's Yoga is here! We incorporate dance, gymnastics, and yoga into a class where children find their purpose in life while gaining confidence.

Kids discovering their Dharma with an enlightening experience through Dance, Gymnastics, and Yoga. It helps kids get connected with themselves and their potential. Here at Dharma Kids we believe all children have special gifts that make each and every child unique. Our goal is to help kids recognize their own gifts while learning to appreciate them in others. We want to help bring awareness to their gifts and help them feel comfortable and confident sharing them with the world!

Dharma Kids - La Plata will guide us through perfect yoga positions at the Summer Kids Shows tomorrow, Thursday, July 23rd. Showtime is 10AM at Town Hall, 305 Queen Anne St., La Plata. Bring a mat or towel for the exercise on the ground. The splash pad will open after the performance.
