Come on over on August 15 from 1-5 pm to the Hill ave clinic located @ 451 FM 646 , Dickinson 77539 to enjoy a day of fun, food and prizes. This event will be co-hosted with the Pet Care clinic and the Essential Pharmacy. Call us @ 281-967-7520 to register for this event and get a school back pack with supplies for the first 30 registrants and an opportunity to register to win Gift baskets for the family. It will also be an opportunity to make appointments for your kids to be ready for their back to school with their THStep Check up, Vaccines , School Physicals and sick visits if needed. Also let us introduce you to our neighborly Pet Care Clinic for all your pets care and the Essential Pharmacy for all your medication needs ,delivered to your home if needed. Thank you to all our parents and their kids for their continued support to our clinics (Pediatric Clinic of La Porte and the Hill Ave Clinic) over the past years. We appreciate your faith in having us take great care of your precious little ones and the older ones too !! Looking forward to seeing everyone - Dr Uddin and Staff.
