Excited to share I’m hosting a workshop for adult yogis, inspired by my Youth Yoga class!
I have so many students wanting to try some of the more playful or creative things I do in my kids classes. And now is your chance!
We will do familiar things like breathing, balancing and asana, but put a playful spin on things and open ourselves up to embracing our inner yogi child.
I hope you’ll join me!
Sign up at gatherlaquinta.com or message me to enroll.
Pass it on!
