Healing is more than just one modality and it’s more than just one event. Healing happens with each layer that we uncover. It is truly being and utilizing the body, mind, and spirit. Acknowledging all the areas that need support and allowing ourselves to truly be with them. Be intentional about what you are doing and how you are living your life. If something isn’t working, change it. It’s messy, it’s beautiful, it’s overwhelming at times, and it’s so worth it.

Location: Shousha Martial Arts, inside Westclox

Time:630-8pm

When: Friday, August 14th

Cost: $10 for adults, $5 for kids at the door!💜

Intentions!
-No age limit! All are welcome!
-Come as you are.
-Move in a way that honors your body.
-Respect your own boundaries and the boundaries of others.
-There is no right or wrong way to participate.
-All emotions and experiences are welcome.
-Leave comparison at the door and curiosity in its place.
-No dance experience is necessary.
-Participation looks different for everyone.
-Leave feeling a little more connected to yourself and your community with a little more love in your heart.

Expect to be gently guided yet allow yourself to tune in and do what is right for you. Light refreshments will be involved!

What a beautiful day at the Oglesby Public Library District today! The rain didn’t stop us!

Thank you to everyone that showed up today, received a massage and gave me hug! I appreciate it! Also thank you to the library for hosting!

I also got to connect with a new local gardener, Jamie’s Petals and Produce! Look how gorgeous these are!!! I especially love that they don’t use chemicals AND utilize compostable bags while also giving seed packets. Truly spreading the love💜💜💜💜

As I am getting closer to graduating from school and my gears are shifting into being more nutrition focused, I am really loving this season connecting with our local farm stands. I want nothing more than to connect our communities with more local produce options 💜
