Job description
Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Masters Level Clinician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide individual therapy sessions, helping clients navigate various challenges such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, self-worth issues, and relationship struggles. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, with free clinical supervision provided for LMSW in Maryland and LGSW in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual therapy sessions to clients.
Maintain a minimum of 12 billable sessions per week.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Participate in regular supervision and training sessions.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
Licensure as LMSW in MD or LGSW in DC (or eligibility for licensure).
Strong clinical skills and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits:

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
