I am sticking with Kaitlyn Malcom and Clay Malcom for day 2 and moving on to their beautiful wedding day. The moon really showed off for them that night 🌙🤩

Consider this your weekend permission slip to slow down a little. 🤍

Sleep in. Sit outside. Read a few chapters. Take a walk. Book the massage. Or simply give yourself an hour where you don’t have to be productive.

Taking care of yourself doesn’t always have to be complicated. It can start with making a little room for the things that help you feel like you again.

Sometimes your body gives you little hints that it needs some attention before it starts demanding it. 😅

Tight shoulders, stiffness, feeling run down, or realizing you’ve been carrying tension all week can all be good reminders to slow down and check in with yourself.

Massage doesn’t have to be something you save for when you’re completely uncomfortable. Regular bodywork can be part of simply taking care of the body that carries you through every day🩷

Listen to the whispers before they turn into yelling!
