One of the best parts of this journey has been the people I’ve met along the way. To my clients - thank you for trusting me to be part of your wellness journey. It truly means more than you know.

I’m also incredibly thankful to be surrounded by such a supportive community. Thank you to HERStrength PLV for providing such a welcoming space, and to my sister Chelsea at Vitality and Vine.
