Grief doesn’t follow a timeline, and there is no “right” way to mourn.

After a loss, it’s common to experience a wide range of emotions—sadness, anger, guilt, confusion, numbness, anxiety, or even moments of laughter. Some people want to talk, while others need quiet. All of these responses can be a normal part of grief.

As a community, we can support one another by:
• Checking in on family, friends, and neighbors.
• Listening without trying to “fix” their pain.
• Remembering that healing looks different for everyone.

If you or someone you know is struggling, you do not have to carry your grief alone. The FRC team is here to provide support and a safe place to talk.
