We are two Crisis Response Supervisors at Olympic Health and Recovery Services (OHRS) to help lead our Crisis Response and Mobile Outreach Teams!

You will be overseeing a team of Crisis Responders in providing high-quality crisis intervention services and follow-up care for individuals in crisis.

Previous experience providing crisis intervention is preferred. The ideal candidate has the ability to provide clinical guidance and interpretation for a variety of cases, navigate coaching, training, and feedback conversations, and build a culture of trust with their team members.

Partner Spotlight 💙

For many years, the Crisis Clinic of Thurston and Mason Counties has been fortunate to work alongside incredible partners who help make our mission possible.

Today, we’re recognizing the continued support of Thurston-Mason Behavioral Health Administrative Service Organization and Olympic Health & Recovery Services.

Through funding, collaboration, and a shared commitment to community well-being, these partnerships help ensure people in Thurston and Mason Counties can access support when they need it most.

TM-BHO’s longstanding investment helps sustain Crisis Clinic services, while OHRS works closely with our team to connect callers with mobile crisis response and additional community-based supports that extend care beyond the phone.

Thank you for your partnership and for helping create stronger pathways to hope and support for our community. 💙

We were excited to have staff attend last week to the Thurston County Board of Health meeting to proclaim May as Mental Health Awareness Month! 🥳In the front row, our Executive Director Joe Avalos, spoke to the board about crisis services and community partnership. Watch a recording of the proclamation here: https://www.youtube.com/live/AjRLVEZIX8s?si=ZK9-_7_Lf6aLB1k4&t=163

💚🧠This evening the Board of Health proclaimed May as Mental Health Awareness Month in Thurston County. The board recognizes that mental health is an essential part of overall health. Thurston County and its key partners work to improve access to high-quality treatment and support for children and adults in need of mental health services, while recognizing that every individual and community can help end the silence and stigma surrounding mental health by offering encouragement and reminding others that they are not alone.

If you're in need of support call or text 988 any time. It’s free and confidential. Visit 988lifeline.org to learn more.
