Now Hiring: Energetic Caregiver (CNA/HCA Preferred)

We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and energetic caregiver to join our team in a busy adult family home specializing in dementia and Alzheimer’s care. This is a rewarding position for someone who truly enjoys caring for others and works well in a team environment.

Requirements:
• Active CNA or HCA certification
• Current Food Handler’s Card
• Current TB test
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Reliable, hardworking, and compassionate attitude
• Experience with dementia care is a plus

Gerry Care Adult Family Home is looking to add to our caregiving team. We are searching for upbeat individuals who are passionate about providing care to the aging community. We offer competitive wages and a $1,000 signing bonus after probationary period. We are looking to fill a few shifts. We have morning, evening and over night shifts available. We generally have additional shifts available to pick up if interested. All employees must have HCA or CNA. We require employees to obtain food handlers, First Aid/CPR, two part TB testing and must be able to pass a background check. Job Duties include but not limited to:

Assisting Residents with dressing.
Assisting Residents with toileting.
Assisting Residents with eating.
Transferring Residents from bed to wheel chair.
Preparing meals.
Light housework.
