Hello again from Ms Jenni! I just found out that there will be a Relay for Life near my home next weekend. I am going to participate. I set a low fundraising goal, especially given the late date. Research from Bournemouth University reveals menopause can be a critical turning point for autistic people, intensifying traits, impacting mental health, and in some cases becoming life-threatening. Led by Rachel Moseley and Julie Gamble-Turner, the studies highlight rising anxiety, depression, and barriers to support. Their book, Autistic Menopause: A Guide to the Menopausal Transition for Autistic People and those Supporting Them, calls for better awareness, understanding, and tailored care for neurodivergent people during menopause.

Mrs. Jenni says "hi" and she misses you! I would much rather be spending time with you at the clinic. But, for now, I am focusing on my self-care, so I can be well enough to play some games, draw, etc. Thank you for the care bag and the well wishes from my friends!
