Boothby Therapy Services is New England's leading provider of special education and related services. The Data DNA allows schools to staff with confidence.

BTS was built on a foundation of equal parts data and relationships. Maren Boothby, MS, CCC-SLP, began as a sole practitioner working in small, rural NH schools. Her commitment to meeting the needs of every student on her caseload led to development of the Data-Driven Needs Analysis. This proprietary tool plans the exact number of hours needed to meet a caseload’s needs. It provides a clear budget for special education directors and superintendents. It guides how providers will allocate their time. Data-driven decisions are a strong starting point, but it is our relationships with special education leaders and providers that bring the data to life. We know our school partners. We know what drives and inspires providers and special educators. We foster and support dynamic partnerships that help all of us overcome real-world challenges to help children succeed. Now, 300 employees in 19 states deliver speech, OT, school psychology, AAC, TVI, TOD, O&M, counseling, special education, and consulting services to thousands of children across Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont.

October is National Physical Therapy Month, and we’re celebrating the PTs who help our students move, grow, and thrive!

Meet Laura Sleeper, PT, now in her 7th year with BTS:
“I feel fortunate to work for BTS in the school system. My ‘aha moment’ came early on, when I joined the dedicated preschool team at the Winnisquam Early Learning Center. The WELC team truly exemplifies what it means to be an integrated team, one that draws on each person’s expertise to meet each individual student’s needs. As physical therapists, we have the unique opportunity to ‘meet the child where they’re at’ through our physical connection, while building motor skills to take them where they need to grow.”
