🌟 July Shooting Star: Laura! 🌟
Congratulations to our July Shooting Star, Laura Crowell, our receptionist! Her face is the first one you typically see when you come to BCNH. She greets everyone who enters with a warm smile and happy hello! She can often be seen singing to, and with, residents as she leads them down the hallway. She is always willing to adjust her schedule, staying late, and picking up extra shifts, etc. She announces all our events overhead, making sure everyone knows what is happening.
