Soap and Water vs. Hand Sanitizer. Which is Better? 💊💚

As cold and flu season approaches, it's a question we hear often: Should I use soap and water or hand sanitizer?

The answer is simple: When possible, choose soap and water. Washing your hands helps remove germs, dirt, and other contaminants, making it one of the best ways to stay healthy during the fall and winter months.

Hand sanitizer is still a great option when you're on the go, especially when soap and water aren't readily available. Just be sure to use a sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.

Whether you're washing up at home or sanitizing while out and about, keeping your hands clean is a simple step that can make a big difference.
