Doing a quick shoulder shrug and release can ease built-up tension. Raise your shoulders toward your ears, hold for five seconds, then let them drop.

Repeat a few times. It's an instant stress reliever, especially if you tend to carry tension in your neck. If you still need some relief, our pharmacist can recommend some effective OTC meds that can be helpful in dealing with the effects of stress.💊
